I was initially referred to Jane by a colleague who had used her services in the past and was happy with the services she provided. Since I had used a few realtors in the last couple of years in my quest to find something in the Miami area I went into it with a healthy dose of skepticism. Most realtors get some specs from you and send you a million listings in most cases with no correlation to the criteria one gives them. SO.. right from the start that was what stood out to me. Jane listened it seemed very diligently and in a couple of days sent me a few listings which seemed in line with what I told her I wanted – size wise, areas I was looking for and especially the budget I had told her I wanted to keep within. I knew I wanted to be in the Miami area with some energy but was not sure where I should be concentrating. Jane in her usual professional way came to meet us with a dossier of information – including maps and statistics and projects that were in the works in the areas we had targeting. Even though I ultimately bought the condo I had seen on the first day of our trip she would not let us make a decision based on the few places and condo’s we had seen. She gave us a thorough tour of the areas and the pros and cons of each. So when we ultimately made the decision we had a good amount of information and felt we had made an informed choice.

While our loan was going through, we had a couple of situations that popped up and we thought we would have to forego the deal. But again Jane was instrumental in making the deal come through. She researched and found ways and means so we could close the deal. Right from being there during inspections and appraisals and even as far as being available (when we weren’t) to make sure all was taken care of.
